You may already know this, but it looks like Last Gasp (they publish Barefoot Gen) has licenced Yuunaki no Machi. According to their website (http://www.lastgasp.com/d/28619/) it'll be coming out in November, though that could change as they're a very small publisher. In any case, it's great to hear another one of your series has been picked up. You've done a exellent job, and hopefully it'll get the recognition it deserves.

I definitely look forward to reading "The Wandering Son" and seeing how it handles those issues. They're ones I've grappled with myself, until I finally decided to change myself to what I wanted to be.

I'm not sure how the samurai series will go down with the scanlation crowd, seeing that it's a bit extreme both in terms of story and artwork. At least I think you are going to like it, Jinchi. ^^

Is it challenging? You bet! But it's all part of our path to a higher plane. Who cares if we lose one arm or leg on the way there. ;)

Good luck with recruiting. For some reason I find it too extremely hard to find proofers.
I'll be waiting for the fanfares when the new samurai series is announced, never too many of those. Hopefully it won't end up being too challenging.

I'll keep this short since I don't have much time, but Takako Shimura is a downright genius. If The Wandering Son can compare to Sweet Blue Flowers, my life will a be a bit more joyful. :)
